Kerry W. Kirsch, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr.-Kirsch.jpgDr. Kerry W. Kirsch has been creating beautiful smiles for over 25 years! Born and raised locally in Nicktown, Dr. Kirsch attended St. Francis College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from West Virginia University School of Dentistry and then spent two years in the U.S. Navy as a dental officer. He returned to West Virginia University where he was awarded a Master of Science Degree in Orthodontics.

Dr. Kirsch is a Board Certified Diplomat in the American Board of Orthodontics, which means he passed a voluntary special exam. Less than 25 percent of all orthodontists in the United States are Diplomats.

He is also an assistant professor of Clinical Orthodontics at West Virginia University Department of Orthodontics where he lectures to the orthodontic residents as well as works with them and their patients in the clinic one day a month. He is active in many professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, Pennsylvania Society of Orthodontists and the 7th District Dental Society, and has served as past president of the Cambria County Dental Society, a Representative to the Council on Membership and as a Trustee of the Pennsylvania Dental Association. Dr. Kirsch is also a "Grass Roots" representative of the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Kirsch and his wife, Juliana, are the parents of four children and have five grandchildren. They reside in the Winterset area of Ebensburg. In his leisure time, he enjoys gardening, landscaping, hunting, fishing, hiking and bike riding as well as spending time with his grandchildren.

David Servello, D.M.D.

servelloDr David Servello, DMD, is a specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.

Born in Altoona, PA, Dr. Servello is a graduate of Altoona Area High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the Pennsylvania State University and was the recipient of an Air Force ROTC Pre-Health Scholarship. He continued his education at the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Dental Medicine, earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree and graduating in the top 10 of his class. Dr. Servello was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Up' silon honor society and was the recipient of by The American of College of Dentists award for outstanding academic and clinical performance.

Upon graduating Dental School, Dr. Servello began service to his country in the U.S. Air Force at Travis Air Force Base, CA as a Dental Officer. While there, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency. He then had the privilege to work at the Pentagon Tri-Service Dental Clinic as an Advanced Clinical Dentist. During his time there he was recognized as the Junior Clinical Dental Officer of the year for two consecutive years and awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal.

Dr. Servello then went on to complete a two-year residency and earned a Certificate of Advanced Study of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics along with a Master's Degree in Oral Biology, from the Tri-Service Residency Program at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. During his residency program, his Master's thesis research was eventually published in a peer-reviewed journal.

Dr. Servello then had the pleasure to serve as the Chief of Orthodontics at Aviano Air Base Italy and then Scott Air Force Base, IL. His practice while in the Air Force encompassed the full range of adolescent and adult orthodontic treatment including a robust orthognathic surgery component. He was twice awarded with the Air Force Meritorious Medal for all of his hard work and dedication as an Air Force Orthodontist.

Passionate and dedicated to his profession and patients, Dr. Servello is active in many professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, The Angle Orthodontist as a peer reviewer, The American Board of Orthodontics, and the 7th District of the PA Dental Association.

For Dr Servello, being an Orthodontist is an absolute dream come true. He loves perfecting a patient's smile and truly believes it is a life changing event that makes a positive impact on each patient.

After 11 years of service in the U.S. Air Force; Dr. Servello, his wife Angela, and his children Alex, Amelia, and Francesca are thrilled to be back home in Central Pennsylvania. In his leisure time, he enjoys running, reading, and spending time with his Family.
