First Visit

We are always excited about meeting new patients at their first visit to our office. Your Initial visit will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs. If you or your child is ready and willing for orthodontic treatment, we also set aside time to obtain diagnostic records which consists of X-rays, photographs and study models that are necessary for developing the appropriate treatment plan. Once Dr. Kirsch goes over these records, he will give you a definite treatment plan and answer any and all of your questions. Using this system, we eliminate the need for a separate appointment for the diagnostic records and a second appointment for a consultation. Thus, we can save you precious time, gas and money.

Please assist us by:

  • Filling out all of the forms sent to you, and bringing them to your first visit.
  • If you have orthodontic insurance, please bring your card or other insurance documents so we can give you a cost estimate.

As an orthodontic team, we take great pride in the service that we provide to our clients. A lot of time and effort has been spent developing a scheduling system that provides optimum efficiency. In over 90 percent of the time when you come to our office for a routine visit to have you braces adjusted, you will be in and out in less than half an hour. How can we do that? Effective scheduling! You may notice that our receptionist will only schedule you for your initial visit at either 8:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. Why no other times? Effective scheduling! This way, you will not have to wait in our office for two hours just to have your braces adjusted. There are times when we have emergencies, and there will be a slight back-up. However, if everyone comes on time, and we have no setbacks, we are very efficient!

We also pledge to provide a friendly, relaxing atmosphere where you will feel at home. Dr. Kirsch is at your service to handle emergencies 24 hours per day, seven days a week. His home phone number or his cell phone number is on the office answering machine so you may reach him at home or on-the-go. He will return your call as soon as possible.
